After 3 years my cabinets are chipping! Please save your hard earned $ and take your business elsewhere. After calling Zen Living, and explaining the problem, I asked why this was occurring and if there is some sort of lacquer that could be applied or if anything could be done to stop any further chipping. They agreed to come out to look at the cabinets for a $100 fee. They came out and took pictures and then told us that with the "antique white" color cabinets, they are chipping because they paint them and there is no lacquer on top of the paint to endure normal wear and tear!
If I had known this in the first place I would have not gone with this product or company. We have continued to ask them to send us a quote or estimate as to how much to repaint or fix the cabinets, and we just get the run around of either they will email it immediately or they claim they emailed it but we never receive any emails even after verifying our email address and providing another email address. They clearly do not want to do anything about it and are hoping we just go away.
The cabinets that I had for 20 years prior to these were in better shape than my 3 year old cabinets - we changed our cabinets and countertops to update our kitchen and have wasted thousands of dollars on an inferior product.
