Econo Air sent over a heating & calling technician.
Having dealt with many contractor/repair technicians Faraz was very good.
He was thorough and checked my entire heating and cooling system. He did some service to my exterior unit.
He checked the unit to see if it was leaking water inside anymore. It was not at the time.
We thought we had it fixed.
The next day it was leaking a lot again.
I had a look at the unit and realized the drip try was cracked and the unit was not installed very well (by a previous company)
After much back and forth with the owner of Econoair they were not interested in coming to service my unit. I told the owner exactly which part need to be replaced and that I needed the unit to be mounted better. They were more interested in selling me a complete unit for $3,000. +
At no point did the owner offer some of my money back, for a service that really never fixed the problem.
I WOULD not recommend this company at all. !
