Had some issues with install of hardwood. and quarter round and the communication surrounding it. Installer eventually came out and did some fixes to the floor and quarter round. At least as much as he said he could do under the circumstances.
Hardwood and carpet Flooring
Had hardwood flooring put down. Guys were very nice. But workmanship not the greatest.The floor is a floating floor but it sinks and dips in many places. I told Bryan about it and he said Well it is a floating floor.I said I understand that but it is sinking to much in areas. You walk on it and it moves quite a bit.He said he would come back when he was not so busy. He NEVER did. The quarter round they installed is a crappy job. Bowing and some nails nailed into nothing so it is loose..
