we recently used this company for curbing. We had a bit of a dispute with the owner over some sprinklers and perennials that were damaged. We expressed our dissatisfaction and after a bit they came around and said they would reimburse for the damage.

Sorry for the damage. In fairness we did ask for sprinkler locations and the homeowner did not know where they were. In these circumstances damage was a risk that should have been shared but we ended up covering all the costs, so we feel we went well beyond our duty. No other curb company we know would have accepted any responsibility for unmarked sprinkler heads. Also the drought we are in has made sod cutting extremely difficult and this sod was very dry and tough. We were completely burned out with exhaustion for a week from our efforts on this job. Please mark all sprinkler heads if you order curbing from anyone. Thanks.

We got a lot of beautiful curbing. My complaint is not with the product it is really beautiful. My complaint is with the customer service and the attention and respect to my existing landscaping. The workers completely trashed my perennials! No respect. The flowers were completely trampled and in tatters, I counted 25 perennials destroyed. They curbed over our existing underground sprinklers and broke others with their shovels. The owner admitted he was over tired and my husband even found him sleeping in the vehicle. At first he was a accommodating and gave us some of the money back. He told my husband if there was anymore damage found to let him know. We got a quote of the damage and sent it to him. The reply was rude and said it was not their problem but instead was due to our negligence. Not impressed. Companies who will scarifice their reputation for a quick buck are never ones I want to be associated with! I would never recommend this company!!!!!!
