I had some problems with this business and communication about an ordered product that had to be returned. When management became aware of this they stepped up and made amends.

Worst customer service I have experienced In my life. Faulty product that was paid for and then sent back for changes. Took months. Five telephone calls without return calls. Staff refused requests for us to speak to manager. No apology and no compensation.
