Bought a Daily Deal for duct cleaning, these guys have responded after 2-3 calls , schedule the work. they have done decent job and they also provided useful information about the systems.

Bought a Daily Deal for these clowns. they came for duct cleaning after couple of called but didn't complete the proper job, since than I Called 6-7 times over 3 weeks before they returned my call. Booked a date. but they never showed. again I called them to come over but they didn't showed up. and now they are not responding to email or call. my rooms are getting cold in this weather...
