I was looking to replace an air handler and I contacted multiple companies. Reza from Maple Air was the only person who could discuss/answer my questions on the technical aspect of the different air handlers. Reza is very professional, responsive and knowledgeable. He came to my house and also was the only person who could explain my current HVAC situation clearly and provided the best solution.
On installation day, it was Farzad and one other person who came and did the installation. Reza also came for some time and made sure everything we had discussed beforehand was put into action. The job was done in a timely manner and Farzad made sure there was no mess before leaving. Farzad was very detailed and sealed anything that could have leaked any air.
The day after, Reza came and made sure everything was done right and answer my additional questions.
So far I am very happy with the air handler.
I would highly recommend Reza and Farzad and team. good work.
