Incredibly responsive, immediate resolution, fair and friendly service
Came by within an hour of speaking with them. We had a serious lavatory sink blockage, made worse by our own attempts at unclogging it.
Alex came in, sorted out the clog, replaced the u joint, explained exactly what happened, how it happened, and preventative measures for future occurrences. We were charged exactly what we were quoted for all of the work, and he finished up within the hour.
Would definitely reach out again for future problems, and am extremely satisfied with the exemplary service.
