Called Shift Air Mechanical December 26 due to our furnace fan not working and to our surprise our call was answered. Melissa told us Kathy would get back to us December 27 to arrange a service call. Kathy calls us December 27 and tells us Brent will come that day.
Brent arrives later that day and is able to get the fan working much to our relief; he was professional and pleasant.
We are so appreciative of how Shift Air handled our problem. It needs to be noted that we live approx 100 km from their office and it is Christmas. We will not hesitate to recommend Shift Air. Thanks to everyone at Shift Air.
