Our serviceman was Jonathan. Have had him service equipment in our previous home, and I requested him personally to check out HVAC in our new location. As other reviewers noted, he is very knowledgeable and thorough in explaining how things function, and why a piece of equipment may need replacing. I recommend Pritchard's Climate Care for this type of service.
