Fantastic service, courteous technician. I am thoroughly impressed with this company and Douglas, the technician. He reviewed everything with me, gave me suggestions to save my furnace from over-working and also to save some money on hydro.
He showed up within the time window I was quoted, and had called ahead to say he would be here in 20 minutes. My total bill was exactly what I was quoted - no surprises. My bill was $100 less than another quote from a local company.
Douglas is a very respectful, friendly, and knowledgeable technician.
