What is the “Vacation Mode” on the HomeStars for Pros app?
The “Vacation Mode” feature on the HomeStars for Pros app will stop your account from receiving new leads for a brief period of time. When turned on, HomeStars will notify the homeowner that you’re unavailable with an automatic message. This functionality works best when you’re going away on vacation, when you’re not taking service requests over the holidays, emergencies, etc.
How Can I Turn On “Vacation Mode”?
Vacation mode is only accessible via the HomeStars for Pros app. Once you have the app downloaded, you can turn on vacation mode in a few simple steps.

- When logged in, select your logo in the far left corner.
- Locate “Vacation Mode” in the list of options.
- Turn on “Vacation Mode”
- Choose the appropriate date range that you will be unavailable.
Note: Vacation mode can be turned on for a maximum of 30 days at a time and can be turned off at any time in between.
