Understanding Your Monthly Report in Dashboard

When was the last time you took a pulse check on your performance on HomeStars? Does your Star Score exceed the competition? Are you asking customers regularly for reviews to help increase homeowner connections?

We’ve taken out the guesswork introducing: your monthly report card, a snapshot of your progress on HomeStars from the previous month to help you better monitor your success, and take action on opportunities to improve! You can download your reports from the web dashboard. Now, let’s dive into the data, and breakdown what the stats mean for your business.

Reviews:

This displays the number of reviews published on your profile in the last 30 days. If you’d like help requesting reviews, take advantage of our complimentary Review Concierge services, and we’ll request the review for you!

Star Score:

Your Star Score is rated out of 100 percent and takes into account many variables such as average review rating, your online reputation, responsiveness and recency. If your Star Score needs some improvement, closely review each element to determine an action plan. Use your dedicated Account Manager as a resource to help you understand and optimize your score – don’t hesitate to reach out!

Connections:

This portion is a tally of all the connections your business had the previous month. Each connection is a valuable opportunity to establish a relationship with a potential new customer.

Let’s break them down:

  • Profile Leads are from homeowners that request a quote directly from your profile by hitting the “get quote” button on your HomeStars profile.
  • Phone Clicks is calculated when a homeowner clicks to call your business
  • HomeStars Leads are job requests submitted by homeowners who want our help finding a pro for their next project.
