- Download the HomeStars for Pros app from the Google Play Store or Apple Store. Create your business account with the help of your Customer Success Manager and sign in to the app
- Go to the Reviews section on your app to check your recently published reviews
- Click on the review you want to respond to and type in your message
- Once you hit publish, your response will be live immediately. The homeowner who posted the review will also be informed of your response via an email notification
How to Respond to a Review From the HomeStars Desktop Version:
- Log into your account to get access to your HomeStars account
- Once logged in, you can locate the ‘reviews’ menu on the left-hand side of your dashboard
