As your dedicated advertising partner, it is our continued mission to bring maximum exposure to your business, especially during these uncertain times. Homeowner repairs and home improvement needs are still existent and demand our attention, with many homeowners using this time at home to kick off planning for their Spring projects.
While you continue to bring in new reviews and build your online reputation to capture those important connections, we are still working hard to bring exposure to you. So, how are we doing it? Let’s take a look.
National TV Campaign
The consumer renovation and repair season begins this month, and we want to ensure homeowners from coast-to-coast know where to find and connect with our top pros. Come April 27th, HomeStars will be launching our first-ever National television campaign that will be live across major television networks including HGTV, CTV, BBC, and Slice. The campaign will run consecutively for 5 weeks.
We’ve Doubled Our Advertising Spend
HomeStars is being seen by homeowners online more than ever before. We’ve hit the gas on digital marketing, and are running campaigns across Google Search, Bing Search, Gmail, Facebook, Instagram, Linkedin and more.
The Homeowner Newsletter Continues to Flourish
While we ramp up our outreach on search engines and social media, HomeStars continues to grow our homeowner newsletter following. With hundreds of thousands of homeowners subscribed to our newsletters, job requests from our emails have doubled year over year, and so too has the number of visits to our homeowner blog which continues to be a powerful acquisition tool for us. The mission of our email program is to remind homeowners of the list of home projects they all have in the back of their minds, to inspire new projects, and to be there when a repair need arises.
Strategic Partnerships
As you may know, HomeStars is part of ANGI Homeservices, a global network of the largest home improvement marketplaces in Europe, the UK and the US, including Angie’s List and HomeAdvisor.
Through these incredible relationships, we have unlocked invaluable industry insights and brand authority. Starting in April 2020, every time a homeowner from Canada visits Angieslist.com, they will be asked if they are looking for a pro in Canada. If they say yes, they will be automatically routed to HomeStars.com to complete their path to finding and hiring a local pro. This means more exposure for our Brand Builder customers, including increased connections!
To summarize, homeowners are still in need of your services, and now more than ever, we’re going to work hard to deliver you more exposure with a strong marketing plan, and help from our team and partners. We’re committed to helping your business grow during these times of uncertainty – and these are just a few ways we intend to do so.
