When we chose Procrete Contracting to remove paved steps at front and rear of our home and build new steps we were unsure of what design & materials we should use. I liked the look of aggregate concrete but needed to find out if was suitable and would work with our home and existing brickwork and current paving stones. I was very impressed when my initial call to ProCrete was answered within a day. A short time later a very knowledgeable and helpful gent came to do an estimate and spent time explaining what our choices could be and outlined some alternatives. We felt so confident that this was the type of competent company we needed. The day our work was to commence a crew arrived exactly at the time designated. This really impressed us as this had never happened with any contractors before. We discussed what it was we thought we would have liked to have done and when I was unsure I was asked by the designer if we minded if they did exactly what we wanted but tweaked it a bit to make it more aesthetically pleasing and with a more updated look. The crew started right away and labored all day with no hesitations and seldom took a break. They were so proficient I saw right away that I had made the right choice in choosing ProCrete. From the first day right through to completion of the job we were so very pleased at the level of professsionalism and competence and knowledge of this team of men. We are so thrilled with the final results and could not have chosen a better company to have done this work for us. We would absolutely choose Procrete for any future projects we may wish to have done and have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone who is seeking a competent, professional and very courteous company to hire for their work.
