Our previous furnace/ac purchased from Mr. Furnace provided 18 yrs. of service. Called Randy and together worked on finding the best suitable replacement. Took time to explain the product lines and also any available rebates. Technicians Tom and Everet were in charge of the installation. They were very good workers, organized and tidy. After the job was done they clearly explained the details of the product and thermostat as well as answering my questions. Good customer service in the past was the reason we went with Mr. Furnace.
