After several negative encounters with various remediation companies varying from un-returned phone calls to unsafe practices, it was a literal breath of fresh air (ha!) to deal with Mike and team. He was a true professional and was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He explained everything in detail to both my wife and myself who were beyond overwhelmed with the news that our home (which we were completely remodeling) had asbestos, as well as mold. He explained the process clearly - what we should (and should not) worry about and gave us on the spot price estimates which turned out to be incredibly accurate. In fact, he went above and beyond and accommodated several after-the-fact requests that we had as a result of us not fully understanding the process of what happens when with our renovation. It's an old and large-ish place...and Ray was on time, thorough and very descriptive with his verbal explanation. Also the resulting report was awesome and not only described the items that needed immediate addressing but also included recommendations for maintenance going forward.
