Organizing our home inspection was easy and timely, the inspector was on time and clearly knowledgeable, and the inspection report is very thorough (and was provided within two hours of the inspection). The inspector also gave us some practical advice on a few items--where the report identifies the need for a professional, there are some easy fixes that can be DIY and the inspector flagged a few of these things in person.
