Our cottage is small but has a vaulted ceiling over the living room. The ceiling itself is covered in tongue and grove pine boards. The walls are painted drywall. The wall in the vaulted area is half covered by floor to ceiling windows trimmed in pine. Not an easy task but Eco-Tech, and Benji in particular, did a great job reaching hard to get places and being careful of the natural pine. Some heavy furniture had to be moved to get into tight spaces in the small bedrooms. Everything was put back neatly in its place. This job also included indoor painting of a 2 bedroom bunkie with a small living room. Our local cottage handyman (carpenter/plumber) commented what a good job Benji did. Benji is a very positive and engaging chap and easy to work with. I would and have recommended Eco-Tech to others.

We just love our main bathroom renovation. It looks so clean and crisp. It is a small bathroom but looks much larger now. We had no problems picking out tile, cabinets, toilet and tub and fixtures as there was lots of choice and Jennifer did a great design job. We were very impressed with the crew who showed up every day for full days. The job from teardown to beautiful finished bathroom was 3 weeks as promised. A year later we are now getting estimates for other projects in our home from Richard. I would definitely recommend HSG and thankful for friends who got us in touch with Richard.

Thank you. It is especially nice to have such a great showroom to choose products from. It does give us an advantage over other contractors which leave it up to you to pick fixtures, tiles, etc.
Not only do we have great product to pick from but we are fortunate to have Jennifer Gartner who seems to give ideas and designs to projects which we are told no other company even considered.

Eight months ago my main drain was not draining quickly enough and I had some backup into the basement. Frank Casciaro of Drainworks cleaned out the roots and suggested additional work of replacing old clay tiles with PVC piping from the house to the city line. I didn't proceed with it at that time. A week ago on a Friday morning it happened again and I was due to leave for vacation the next day. I called Drainworks and John Paul was the first person I spoke to and he was very professional and helpful and understood my dilemma and pulled up the previous quote from 8 months ago. John Paul was able to arrange for a crew to come out that day. A more extensive replacement was recommended and they complete it on the Saturday. The unfortunate part was that it meant that they would have to dig up a garden that had been landscaped the previous summer. They were reluctant to replant my shrubs but they said ok because I would not be around to replant and the shrubs would die as a result. When I got back a week later I was expecting a bit of a mess and was very pleasantly surprised how well everything looked including the garden. Armando came out the next day for me to sign off on the work and he took the time to show me the camera view of the drain work that had been done. He also did a camera inspection going back into the house. He was very thorough and wanted to make sure that I was satisfied. By my rating, I am completely. Thanks.
