I called Deluxe Alarms regarding some concerns I had and I spoke with Melinda Luckasavitch Deluxe Customer Service to discuss police monitoring on my account. Melinda was patient and understanding & schedualef a service technician to come to my house to provide a full system check to ensure that our Deluxe Alarms system is working properly. Great customer service & very much appreciated.
