Anytime I had a question, I knew I could email her and she would respond right away. Elvis, who came and assess the damage provided me with a solution - not just there to sell his services. Instead of asking me to redo my entire roof right away, he suggested that I first replace the missing shingles because a snow storm was coming up and that could cause water damages. He also suggested that I get quotes from different roofing companies. He wanted to make sure that I take the time to make the right decision - which I did and All Stars Roofing Inc. was by far the best price out there). Then Edward showed up 2 weeks later with his team (about 5-6 guys) to do the job. They arrived around 8:30am and were done by 4ish. Everything was cleaned...even my backyard and balcony where there were a bunch of shingle debris.
