We recently had Jonathan to our house to install two light fixtures. This was the second visit as we had an incomplete light fixture the first time Jonathan was here. He was very patient and understanding. During the second visit Jonathan completed the job, cleared the garbage, and cleaned up the mess. The Shock Doctor’s customer service is 10 out of 10 right from the time the phone is answered until the job is completed by the electricians.
