I love my new kitchen and new stairs and how they knocked down walls and posts to make the house flow more openly. We have a new deck, too. And my basement looks so amazing now. We also merged 2 awkward sized bathrooms to one good sized bathroom to connect to 2 girls' bedrooms. We also switched door and closet locations of a bedroom to adhere to fengshui advice. Everything went according to plan even if I was overseas the whole duration of renovation. Farshid and BZ are both very responsive to messages and are easy to get a hold of. After job service is good, too. And I love how they surprised me with a wider 2nd floor hallway that used to be curved awkwardly in. Our house looks very nice, we love how it turned out. :)
