We ordered a dining room set in May 2007. We wanted to leave just a deposit however, we were told by the salesperson to pay the entire amount...big mistake. Within the week, we had some qualms over the $5000 ticket price for the furniture so we called to cancel the order on just the chairs-not a custom order- having purchased the table from the clearance floor.The salseperson we dealt with returned our phone call and after weighing our two options- one to shop within a year using a credit for the amount or second, to forfeit a large percentage of our money we felt forced to continue on with the purchase. Guess what, we haven't seen any furniture yet and it's now September- seems our furniture is stuck somewhere in U.S customs...unbelievable....I don't know what to think!!! I just know that I won't shop or recommend this store to anyone.
