We purchased our first SPA from this place thinking everything is great. DO NOT believe any statements in the Pre-SALE they are all untruths. We were told our hot tub would not need any chemicals hence the higher price. THIS WAS A FALSE STATEMENT. We were told that based on our location and our house age there would not be any issues with electrical when hooking it up. THIS WAS A FALSE STATEMENT. We were told that we would receive a free cruise with airfare. THIS WAS A FALSE STATEMENT. DO NOT GET SUCKERED.
