Tim and the entire Hargrave team have been excellent since day 1. My AC went last year and Tim sent someone from the team within a couple of hours to assess the situation and provide viable solutions. He presented a few options and we trusted their skill and expertise to install a new air conditioner. Our second experience was even better. Our furnace was having issues on Good Friday and I contacted Tim and he had a technician at our house within one hour. The technician was very thorough and provided an immediate solution.
