Worst renovators. (Peoples involved Ernie, Fania, Greg, Jay) Writing this review to let other fellow owner to know who they are dealing with. I have waited long enough and given lot of time for them to finish the project. But nothing worked, So i decided to move on. My bathroom renovation started on December 2020, as per the contract it is supposed to be completed on early January 2021. Still it is not completed. Bad part is i have paid everything (more than the contract price), they were asking the prices are increased because of covid, so need more money before the project completion Now, there is No answer for the phone and messages Not a single good thing happened in this renovation. Worst ever customer handling, never say what they do. Always we have to ask what they do and when they will come. They show up on their own time. - Built a toilet where no place to sit. (although i provide a image on which direction the toilet supposed to be) - Then broke and redone. - Bathroom tiles done unevenly (water stagged) - Broke and redone - on Second time they installed two tiles different color (without showing to us) - Shower step (where glass stays) is tilted outwards, water stags whenever use the shower - Niche done improperly, there is no finishing - Didn't install Tower - Didn't finish painting - Toilet seat is shaking On the whole its such a mess, i have to do everything again.
