I initially spoke with Lori Martin from the Crack Specialists regarding repairing my leaking foundation. She was very friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to respond to my emails/phone calls. Todd Martin then assessed the issue with my foundation to determine where water was entering and arranged a plan to fix it. He too was very friendly and knowledgeable. Trevor and Alex arrived to do the manual labour. They were very professional, hard working, friendly and knowledgeable. They installed a sump pump in my basement as well as waterproofing and new window wells outside to prevent any further water from entering. It’s been 3 weeks and everything is dry so far! I’d highly recommend The Crack Specialists for anyone needing foundation repairs.
