I was buying a home and I called Rob at Ambicorp for the home inspection. He was available at short notice which was important to me as the sale was conditional on inspection within 5days. Rob was very thorough with the home inspection, took pictures of everything he felt should be addressed and went on to explain the consequences of not getting those issues resolved. The inspection report was sent in on the same day, it was neat and easy to read/understand and well explained. Using the information from the inspection, I was able to get the sellers to repair some issues raised which in the long run saved me $$$ as I would have had to pay for the repairs myself, were it not for Rob!! So thank you so much Rob at Ambicorp, I 100% recommend using them for your home/property inspections!!! Eve.
