Excellent service, great attention to detail, respectful crew. 600 sq ft basement underpinning job going from a 5'11" height to 8'1". New plumbing infrastructure, interior waterproofing and weeping system, sump pump and backwater valve installation. We lived in the home throughout the renovation. We were surprised at the speed with which the crew worked, completing the entire project in 5 weeks. We would happily recommend Avert to anyone considering a basement underpin or interior/exterior waterproofing job.
