My husband and I had an incredible experience with REN-KNOW. Steve was professional and prompt with setting up our initial meeting. He met with us and reviewed our entire wish list to both renovate our second floor and expand our main bathroom. He then came back with multiple floorplan iterations with options we requested and a few of his own that really helped us view our renovation from a fresh perspective. After years of thinking about the project Steve got us back on track and helped us design our dream bathroom and adjacent bedroom layouts. We have a plan moving forward and our structural planning has been carefully calculated and accounted for. Steve was exactly what we were missing to move forward with the work. Andres did an incredible job restoring my basement shower stall. He was prompt with his quotation and gave a detailed description of the work he would be doing. He arrived on time and worked the full day leaving the work area clean and tidy. The work itself far exceeded my expectations for what could be done. Although its an older washroom the shower and tiles look new as if they were just installed. Im beyond happy with the work he did and appreciated his detailed approach to the work and friendly attitude. Professional all around and would hire him again!

The team has been to my house three times now to repair my washing machine. They are polite, always on time and explain the repair and outcome in detail. The issues now appears to be a manufacturers issue so definitely not with the repairs from Elite. Customer service is also awesome when you call, they pick up quickly and if there is a que they offer call back. I highly recommend Elite Appliance! (4146937192C)
