After posting our negative comments and review - we wish to amend as follows: We purchased a Montigo 3 sided fireplace from Riz and the Fireplace Depot which was installed in August 2013. We have had several unresolved issues with this product including ignition and no control of heat and/or flame settings. After after several telephone calls and very heated discussions with the Fireplace Depot, we finally received a telephone call from Riz with a direct telephone number to Montigo We will try to deal with this unusable fireplace with the manufacturer rather than The Fireplace Depot.

We got a few quotes before deciding on Galaxy Windows. Although their quote was in the middle range we liked their product (they are beautiful, inside & out) and the friendly presentation from Alex. We initially only wanted to install windows on our main floor but once the installation was complete, we were so impressed that we invited Alex back to quote on the rest of the home. We have a full walk-out basement,, main floor and upper floor. In total 27 windows, 2 patio doors and they also installed 2 extra patio doors that required cutting and removing of brickwork. The installers were absolutely professional and their work was phenomenal. They were friendly, took pride in their workmanship and unfortunately had to endure terrible winter weather condidtions during the installation. Regardless, the end result is exceptional and we are extremely happy! We would highly recommend Galaxy Windows to friends, neighbours and relatives and hope that the neighbours who have commented on them contact Alex or Dimitri for an opportunity to quote. Thank you for making Customer Service your first priority! We wish your company continued success.

We gave Dan Barron $2000 cash as a deposit April 7, 2011. 17 weeks later we do not have awnings or returned telephone calls. Do not do business with this FRAUDULENT COMPANY. We are pressing Fraud charges. On top of everything, we found where he lives and wants to have us charged with trespassing. BUYER BEWARE!!
