Grand Alarms was one of the most professional companies I have ever used, especially considering they come to my home. Typically in home services feel very insecure, but with Grand Alarms tech. Rob, I was very comfortable. He was very polite, right on time and did a very good job and I am very satisfied for the price I paid!
