The initial contractor I contracted the job to initially took my money and ran away, I got connected to a member of the team, the lead staff came on site, inspected the work, and a quotation was given. He explained what was supposed to be done, the wrong things that was done and what the team are going to do. The job was done and completed on time, more so , I can always call on the lead for a chat and any small interruption whenever. They are usually on time to come to site. The work done was neatly completely.
