My furnace was getting old and needed a replacement. When we looked around, one of our quotes was from Convertible Heating and Air. We felt that Marnie explained the different options in furnaces in great detail and gave us the most comfort in the company we wanted to deal with. She never tried to pressure sell anything and you can tell that she was in the business for quite a long time. I like to give a shout out to Craig and Dave as well. I was very please with the installation. They were very professional, and respected my finished basement as they laid drop sheets all the way down to the furnace room. I was going through some old paper work that was slotted in the return part of the venting system. As it turns out my air conditioning was also purchased by Convertible Heating and Air back in over 20 years ago and it is still going strong. I would highly recommend Convertible Heating and Air to anyone who is looking. I'm sure my air conditioning will need to be updated in the near future. This time instead of getting 3 quotes I will just call these guys and save the time in looking.
