I have been dealing with Grand Alarms Ltd since we bought our new home 6 years ago. The service received from Grand Alarms has been exceptional. They installed our system in less than 4 hours and did an excellent job. Grand is always willing to go the extra mile and will beat any offer on the equipment or monitoring fees. Recently, I had the pleasure of dealing with Silvana Russo. The service she provided and the willingness to provide upgrades at no cost or very minimal cost was just fantastic. We just had a complete system check and a new battery backup installed at no cost to us!!! She exceeded all of our expectations.
