A significant leak in the basement prompted this call. They were courteous, professional, and very responsive. The service call was set up very quickly. Our service professional, Pat, arrived promptly was careful and respectful of our home. He thoroughly inspected the site answered all of my questions. He identified an additional area of concern and briefed me on the potential outcomes, without providing pressure to either fix the area or delay service. When I elected to have the second area pre-emptively repaired, he contacted the Company, added the second fix to the work scope and charged on ahead. In addition to cleaning up after his work was finished, and restoring the fibreglass wrap, he cleaned up most of the standing water that was already in the basement as a result of the leak.
