With this being my first home EVERYTHING is new for me. I've had a lot of questions and concerns and wanted to ensure I wasn't taken advantage of in ANY area. When it came to my dealings with Grand Alarms everything was on the up and up! The details were clear. They walked me through everything that I needed and made me feel comfortable. In the latter part of getting ready for my home, I had mainly to deal with Amanda Powar. She was great. She answered all my questions; she was patient and in the end I wasn't unsure about anything. I enjoyed me intereactions with her and if there's every a chance I have to call in for anything in the future, I feel very comfortable asking to speak with her directly. Thanks Amanda :-)
