Steve at Maple Leaf knows what customer service is all about. A call on a Sunday and Steve who happened to be not far from our neighborhood came straight over. We went from thinking that we needed to replace the whole garage door to a simple and low cost repair. Steve told us he would check with the factory for a replacement panel in a few days, came back a few days after with a panel that was almost a perfect match, replaced the panel, then checked the automatic doors, replacing a spring and tuning up both doors. Thanks for the kind words. Happy to help. When the kids get old enough that they aren't playing hockey against the garage, we can put in some nice steel insulated doors, but for now those wooden doors will take the damage from a puck a little better.
