I knew the product I wanted, so it was a matter of price and quality of service and installation. I didn't know this company at all prior to doing business with them. However, in a market with small margins, they beat two competitors in price, and had earlier install dates than the competitors. They came and did a thorough pre-sale inspection to make sure it would work in our space, which is standard practice. The installation itself went very well indeed. Clean and tidy and precise and efficient. They overcame a bit of a hurdle behind the drywall, and I am very satisfied. The only reason I don't give 5's is because the until was recently installed, and I have not yet given the project enough time to ensure no problems develop. I will revise upwards my rating after 30 days to reflect a problem-free break-in period.

The project started small. The work was done promptly and well. We had the confidence to expand the vision, and step by step Bruce and his team turned a dull old farmhouse into a spectacular showpiece. His price was fair, and the work was done to my wife's picky standards. Foundation work, removal of exterior walls, windows, remodled bathroom, siding work and flooring. If we had not run out of things to do, he would still be at it. I am a big fan of Homestars, and I would not exagerate a review for any reason. This guy is the real deal.
