THeir staff was not very helpful. I did not fell like they even cared i was in their store for a 400 product. I felt to them that was too little of a sale to bother. Im not reallly sure why i got the attitude i received. But no one wa interested in anwering quetions with more then 3 or 4 words, or helping out. I leff and thought i wouldnt give my service to such poor staff.

I went in to look for a kitchen faucet. The customer service was good. I was told three weeks for my faucet. I waited ten days. The staff was very helpful. THe product has a great warranty.
