Replaced and relocated hot water tank
During the initial consultation, Nelson diagnosed our hot water tank problem very quickly, and gave us a few different options for hot water tanks and tankless water heaters. He explained to us the pros and cons for each solution. His wealth of knowledge allowed us to make an informed decision easily. He even came up with an ingenious idea to relocate our hot water tank to use the space more efficiently! On the day of installation, Nelson and Ronald were both very professional and friendly. They explained the installation steps while we were watching. They welcomed our curiousity in the process. The installation went smoothly. We now have a working and very quiet hot water tank. And an added bonus of more space in our laundry room!
