We booked Hercules Moving to assist with our apartment move. After reading many reviews of several different movers we decided to book Hercules because of the many positive reviews and because they also offer professional piano moving services. If I could rate this company higher than 5 I would, and here's why (in no particular order): 1) Hard-Working: Idis and team never tried to prolong the moving experience to extend the moving time. From the time they arrived they quickly got to work, with minimal chatting. Upon (quick) arrival to our new apartment they continued this trend and had us all moved in without delay. 2) Friendly: While the move crew rarely stopped, when they did it would be to ask things to help make our move easier on us e.g. where should this item go?, do you need anything disassemble/reassembled?, what would you like wrapped?, etc. 3) Professional: The crew arrived early so that they could start the work on time. Our larger furniture pieces and piano were wrapped by the crew to prevent damage, and they took such great care while moving our piano and everything else (regardless of their value). During the move Idis kept us updating on the progress and what large item(s) we could expect next. 4) Quiet: There was no banging walls, or dropping boxes, or loud discussions - the crew were very respectful and made a point to take extra care of our (heavy) boxes. 5) Peace of Mind: From the time we engaged Hercules to obtain a quote, Anna was very courteous and professional and offered us the best moving package for our needs. Idis and team took over and continued the great service and which gave us great assurance that our move would be as stress free as possible. No doubt this is the best moving company in Toronto, I'm so happy we went with Hercules Moving Company!
