Two representatives came to our home to make a personal review of our existing equipment and hear our complaints about how it was operating. An explanation of our various options was followed up with a written proposal the following day. The install took place the following week and went smoothly. Everyone involved was courteous and respectful of our home during the removal of old equipment and the new installation. We now have a system that draws cold air from the outside for combustion and 20,000 more BTU's to bring our furnace up to the proper size for our home.
