I contacted Aqua Seal and Pierre and his son came to see me within a day. They repaired the crack and installed a floor drain, which I thought was an excellent idea. I was really happy with the work and have asked my mother-in-law to contact them in regards to fixing her problem. Thank you so much Aqua Seal.
Kevin was really personable and easy to get along with. He helped us with the selection of the proper product. The price was reasonable. We agreed on a service date and he was prompt, got the job done, and cleaned up afterwards. He even made a suggestion regarding aluminum capping to frame the doors. The only thing that was less then perfect was that the supplier did not include a piece of hardware but that wasn’t Kevin’s fault and he has advised he will come back to install it. It wasn’t enough of an issue to detract from the great experience. I wld recommend this company to anyone I know who needed their service.

Water penetration through crack in basement wall
My builder initially sealed a crack where water was leaking in not the basement. After the new home warranty expired the leak started again. Pierre from Aquaseal was able to provide an adequate quote over the phone. In addition to sealing the crack he put in a fail safe to make sure that even if the crack opened again water wouldn’t get in the basement. The lifetime and transferable warranty says to me that they stand behind their work. Both my wife and I are pleased.
