Great start, extremely poor customer service for 7 months and finally a great couple of guys to very efficiently install some very nice windows. If you don't mind waiting forever for the end result, without any compensation or concern for the customer the windows are lovely. Wasn't even told about the government rebate upon placing order or throughout until installation day, when we had to go back through our credit forms due to their tardiness and look for photos to prove they qualify. Again, very nice windows and efficient crew

The Government rebate was not offered at the time you actually placed your order, it was launched in mid December, and upon booking your installation we were able to notify you of the rebate so you'd would be able to take advantage of it. The green on rebate requires both before and after pictures of the windows to be eligible for the rebate.
