I've had and heard horror stories from a lot of people about movers in general. So when it came time to choosing one I was really scared and skeptical. I called multiple companies but something always seemed off with their quotes or attitudes and then I came upon Rent-A-Son. I spoke with Amanda S. who was very understanding and reassuring thanks to her I knew I found the right movers. She walked me through the whole process and it was really easy. Soon enough move day came, The two guys Junior and Kyle were on time, and moved like lightning! Honestly I stood a little shocked about the speed of the process while my friend laughed at me. I own a lot of books and I was worried I packed the books too heavily but they did not complain and were super strong guys. They made sure not to damage floors or items by putting in those extra steps in ensuring a happy move. On the drive to my new home in London me and my friend were driving like grannies while the two men were there when we arrived and were swift as they were loading in as they were loading out. They were really friendly gentlemen and I couldn't have had a better experience. Everything's been unpacked nothing has been damaged. I am so happy with my choice to use Rent-A-Son and will recommend them to anyone. Also it came in under my budget which is the best!
