Bought a brand new love seat and sofa from Markham Brick. Less than 4 months and leather started shrinking and head rest foam started sagging. Contact Markham Brick and they said it's regular wear and tear. I also have 5 year warranty plan which is basically useless as per their customer service representative. I paid $499.00 for warranty. Markham Brick provided me a corporate email address (customercare@thebrick.com) which is not in use any more. There is no way to talk to anyone above stores via phone and stores does not care. I sent am email via their website and got automatic reply back saying they will contact me in 24 hours. Haven't heard back from them yet. Such a bad experience. Feel like wasted $3500. After filing complain I took pictures of floors models and product I received. The sofas with tags are floor models.
