I called Convertible on Friday and Chris came over on Monday. He gave me a very good quote and a choice of installing in a couple of days. Although many prefer to rent, it is much better to own, and a tankless water heater saves you loads in the long run. Adam & Adam from Convertible installed the unit in a day. They were very polite, courteous and professional. Did a very nice and clean job. I chose Convertible because they are family owned and now I must say it was one of my best decisions. Anything to do with heating, cooling or water, I would highly recommend them and will certainly use them again.
